Woman Puts Her Son in the Garbage

"LANCASTER, Ohio, Dec. 14 (UPI) -- An Ohio woman was sentenced Friday to nine years in prison for leaving her toddler in a trash bin and closing the lid.

"Tonja Janelle Morin of Lancaster, Ohio, said she never meant to harm her son, Tyler, who was 2 at the time of the incident. She said she was trying to get the attention of her husband that 95-degree summer day, The Columbus (Ohio) Dispatch reported. . . ."

Hmmm! So. . . the judge ended up putting HER in the bin and closing the lid!

Anyway, read the full story here:

Hi fidelbogen, here's a thread I found on a "fringe" board that may (or may not) be interesting for you:
Some forces behind feminism

Publish this comment only if you want to - it's not related to your current post and probably not much of general interest. But the sources of feminism mentioned in the above linked thread reminded me a bit of some of your earlier posts on your blog, and I wanted to share.

Thanks Michael! The discussion thread was interesting - I would call it a case of 'gems among the rhinestones'. And the gems WERE present! :-) I must go back and study it some more. The name of that forum is very good: Rigorous Intuition.

The infanticide stories were also interesting. WDLT material, I would say. . .

I'm an occasional reader at Rigorous Intuition. It's interesting: No topic, no claim of the paranormal, no conspiracy they find unworthy of discussing - but when someone comes along and says "Wait a minute, there's something odd about feminism too!", the instinctive board consensus seems to be to snicker and hurl dirt at him...
Btw. the owner of that discussion board also has a blog here.
