Go and Read About It
I was googling around, and I happened upon the following. I don't know if the False Rape Society featured this item or not; memory fails me:

Observe: She wanted to whitewash her guilt for having SEX, so she invented a story about RAPE! And the poor "schmoe": he never even saw it coming. . . did he? Just think: he could be any man; he could be Everyman! So little by little, more and more men are learning from hard experience to distrust women . . aren't they? Consequently, they are growing steadily more and more "misogynistic". . aren't they? OF COURSE they are! Can you blame them? There is no rational reason why they shouldn't be!
And the poison: it spreads and spreads. . . doesn't it? And friends, we all know who introduced this poison in the first place. . don't we? Here's a clue: I don't blame "patriarchy".
Wrongful accusation of rape is certainly not a rare occurrence. I almost want to say that news items of this kind are "laughably common", but it's no laughing matter! It's no joke! False rape stories are a bumper crop, hanging in fat clusters everywhere like grapes in a vineyard. And I really ought to write something ingenious about "grapes of wrath", but right now I'm too tired to weave such a clever trope.
Now, I find it bloody difficult to comprehend what certain people mean, when they declare false accusations to be a "myth". The continual stream of horrid evidence from the news media ought to make these people wonder about that—or so you might reasonably assume. And too, their behavior is infantile, for to merely circulate the phrase "myth of X" does not, in itself, suffice to establish that X is a myth.
But seriously: any person of normal intelligence ought to suspect that where there is smoke, there is fire. Those two things, "smoke" and "fire", are known to occur together extraordinarily often. So while the former does not infallibly signal the latter, it does so frequently enough that when you smell smoke in a building, you'd be a criminally negligent moral imbecile not to investigate.
Well-attested evidence now soars to dizzying heights, that false accusation of rape is real and destroys the lives of innocent men. However, such people as feminists and their political allies decline to take this information on board. They scoff at it; they minimize it; they trivialize it; they downplay it; they ignore it; they obfuscate it; they talk past it or around it. In fourteen-hundred different ways, they simply refuse to square up to it!
I see two possibilities: they are either profoundly stupid, or profoundly evil.

False accusations regarding rape and sexual assault are not the only false accusation that are in the feminist arsenal of male destroying weapons. Here in the woman's state of Tennessee the favorite accusations to make against men are domestic violence, domestic abuse, assault, aggravated assault and, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. These are Tennessee's " legal " definitions regarding assault and aggravated assault. Read the bullets carefully.
Unlike other jurisdictions, there is no assault / battery distinction under Tennessee criminal law. Basically, what other jurisdictions call a battery is also called an assault in Tennessee. According to Tennessee criminal law, a person commits assault when they:
• Intentionally, knowingly or recklessly causes bodily injury to another;
• Intentionally or knowingly causes another to reasonably fear imminent bodily injury; or
• Intentionally or knowingly causes physical contact with another and a reasonable person would regard the contact as extremely offensive or provocative. Tenn. Code Ann. § 39-13-101 (2007).
A charge of assault based upon the first two bullets above is considered to be a Class A misdemeanor. A charge of assault based upon the last bullet is considered to be a Class B misdemeanor. Misdemeanors in Tennessee are generally scaled from A to C. An A misdemeanor is considered more severe than either a B or C misdemeanor. Likewise, B misdemeanors are generally more severe than C misdemeanors.
It certain situations, an assault may become aggravated. A person commits aggravated assault when they:
• Intentionally or knowingly commit an assault as defined above and that assault:
(A) Causes serious bodily injury to another; or
(B) Uses or displays a deadly weapon; or
• Recklessly commits an assault by causing bodily injury to another, and:
(A) Causes serious bodily injury to another; or
(B) Uses or displays a deadly weapon. Tenn. Code Ann. § 39-13-102 (2007).
This is not an exhaustive list of the different ways to commit aggravated assault. Aggravated assault under the first bullet is a Class C felony. Aggravated assault under the second bullet is a Class D felony.
The police are required to make an arrest, especially and sometimes (as in my case) only if the "victim" is a female.
Excellent points, Fidelbogen. Under the guise of "helping" rape "victims," the rape industry and its devotees insist that women who make rape accusations must be believed or else they won't "come forward" with rape claims.
There are innumerable problems with their premise -- at least four of which are so fundamental that they render any further discussion on the issue superfluous:
(1) Women do lie about rape. There is no question about this, and the number who lie is not insignificant.
(2) If we automatically believe women who cry rape, by necessity we are automatically branding some male -- named or, that point, unnamed -- as a rapist. And if a man or boy accused of rape denies it and claims that his accuser is, in fact, the criminal for making a false rape report, he must be automatically disbelieved. The subject of rape only acts as a truth serum for those possessing two "X" chromosomes. Women are incapable of lying, and men are incapable of telling anything but lies.
The fact that all this flies in the face not only of the most basic and unquestioned due process rights afforded every citizen, not to mention fundamental notions of fairness, seems completely lost on these zealots. And that tells us everything we need to know about them.
(3) The rape industry claims that women currently are not believed when they come forward. Yet this hasn't stopped either actual rape victims -- or rape liars -- from coming forward in significant numbers. The reluctance of some women to come forward and report rape is accounted for by many factors, including the fact that often acquaintance rape claims are murky, and the women themselves often aren't sure if it was "rape."
(4) No one questions that accusers of crimes other than rape should not be automatically believed, and no one ever suggests that accusers of crimes other than rape ARE automatically believed. So why should a rape accusation render the accusation sacrosanct? I mean, aside from the fact that rape has come to represent more than a crime -- it has come to represent supposed male oppression over females in general and is the chief sacrament in the church of perpetual feminist victimhood. If rape didn't exist, they would need to fall back on the wage gap, which is even more problematic for them.
P.S. We did cover this story previously and noted: "A man is firing back and suing his false accuser. He claims they had consensual sex but that when her mother discovered a bounced check to Planned Parenthood (where the young woman had obtained a morning-after pill), she concocted the lie about the sexual assault. If he's correct, let's hope he wins -- and chases after her assets with the tenacity of Fred Goldman going after O.J. Simpson."
Keep up the great work.
