NCFM Activism Against False DV Allegations
The following arrived from a correspondent via e-mail. I believe it will be of interest, so I offer the message verbatim for your consideration. And you'll want to download that PDF for sure:
"I found this on the NCFM group board - If you do not want me sending you things like this, let me know... (You seem like somebody who likes activism...)
"False Allegations of Domestic Violence Cost Taxpayers $20 Billion a Year.* That's 20,000 million dollars, thanks to wrongful allegations of abuse.
"Families are being broken up, children harmed, men discriminated against, and the Constitution trampled on. Why is the mainstream media so damn complacent? Why hasn't the President sounded the alarm? And why hasn't Congress launched an investigation?
"TODAY, call 202-224-3121 – that's the Capitol Switchboard. Ask to be connected to your congressman. State your name and city of residence. Then ask your elected official to "Investigate Abusegate, the failure of the domestic violence industry to live up to its promises."
"Our lobbyists are working Capitol Hill this week. Your call is important. Do it today."

NCFM has something setup for it too (I have not looked into this yet):
NCFM.org has 800 numbers to call congress. (save a dime and donate it to NCFM) http://www.ncfm.org/?page_id=528

Not having her email address, this is an open letter to Ms Dragiewicz.
Ms Dragiewicz,
Your paper "Fathers' Rights and Anti- VAWA Activism" shows a level of bias and pre determination that I find surprising in an academic publication.
You have quite clearly taken as your starting point the notion that Fathers' Rights Activists have as their primary motivation a desire to reassert "The Patriarchy" and establish a position of power over women.
Nowhere is your obvious bias better illustrated that in your comment on page 14 that "like many batterers, [Fathers' Rights Activists] may initially presume these authorities will side with them". The implication that Fathers' Rights Activists are batterers is as ignorant as it is insulting.
Had you left aside your prejudices and started from the position that Fathers might be motivated by a love for, and a desire to be with their children you might have reached a very different set of conclusions.
I am not a Fathers' Rights Activist, and nor am I fighting to gain a reasonable level of access to my children but none the less, as a father, I find your suggestion that men seek “shared parenting” in order to reduce their child support payments to be deeply offensive.
Ms Dragiewicz, you may be well educated in the fields of criminology and “women’s studies”, but you are clearly ill informed about the vital role a father plays in the successful raising of a child.
Yours sincerely
David White
David, thank you very much for taking the time to compose that.
The bit about "like many batterers" is appalling, disgraceful, disgusting and even scandalous, and Molly D. ought to be embarrassed and ashamed as hell to say such a thing. I don't know how I overlooked this in my own reading of the article, but somehow I did indeed overlook it. So thank you for bringing that to my attention.
You might find her e-mail address on one of those websites I linked to her name.
Meanwhile, Molly Dragiewicz is in need of a public shaming, and I am pondering how this might be made to happen.
I believe I shall be publishing your 'open letter' as a blog post in the next few days, along with a few thoughts of my own which I might feel inspired to compose.
That would do for a start.
But to be quite honest, when Molly D. says "like many batterers", what she is probably saying is not that FRAs literally ARE batterers, but that they employ an M.O. which shows a certain parallel to the way that batterers operate.
This is not QUITE as bad as flat-out calling them batterers, however, it is still very, very bad . . . ;-{
Molly D. is not the only feminist who has voiced this idea. The trend nowadays among feminists (even in the blogosphere) is to define FRAs/MRAs in general as "sociological" batterers who use the threat of violence as part of a political strategy. The feminists are ramping up their propaganda game and things are getting ugly. . .
Feminists have already lost credibility for past words, actions and, deeds. Here is something else that is costing them credibility;

1 minute, 14 seconds to make the call.
Easy.
Molly D. is in Canada.
Would it do any good for me - a U.S. citizen to also write her a letter?
"Would it do any good for me - a U.S. citizen to also write her a letter?"
I don't think nationality is what counts here. What counts, in my opinion, is for these people to get the message that "the times they are a-changing", and that the eyes of the world are upon them.
The obscure bushes of academia are not quite the hiding place they used to be. . .
Thanks Fidelbogen.
I'll write her a letter of my own.
I know that there are certain political surveys and what not - that can be invalidated if somebody from the wrong state/county/city happens to sign them...
That's why I was concerned.
This might make you gentlemen laugh. Personally it make me want to vomit.

Maybe, but for me the implication seems unequivocal.
My appologies btw for commenting on the wrong post - it obviously should have been on the MD post rather than this one.

You are very welcome Mr Fidelbogen. I dod everything I can and will continue to do everything I can to further the cause(s) of the MRM and counter feminist revolutions.

I wonder how many rupees they'd care to wager that not one woman in India will never make a false rape claim.
