How to Build a Man Bomb

A very "spot-on" piece recently appeared in Men's News Daily, and since I am sure that not all CF readers are MND readers, this would be a good opportunity to broaden some horizons. The title of the MND article is How to Build a Man Bomb, and I hope that intrigues you as much as it intrigues me. Following is a sizzling snippet from the article in question:
"The members of the matriarchy, like social terrorists, are partnering with and guiding government toward the inevitable explosion, and when it goes off, they will be the first to point the finger at men, even at MRA’s, for the fallout.

"It won’t help them, though. Because whatever tragic end this comes to, it will not be at the hands of MRA’s, it will be in spite of our efforts to prevent it.

"If the streets erupt again, as they have so many times before, they will be filled with average men who never heard of the men’s rights movement. They will just be poor men, many of them young and fatherless due to the current system, acting out their rage against a world that includes and idealizes women, but that treats them like social pariahs."

I am "happy", in a grim sort of way, that the editor of Men's News Daily sees virtually the identical future-scape from his own perch that I see from mine. That said, I will send you to the following CF article, written waaay back in 2008 (I think), which sings a remarkably similar song, and touches upon a few other things as well:

After that, do enjoy the rest of your day. ;)

Thanks for sharing, that was a great article. I wonder if, taken the sexes collectively, whether man is starting to feel their ambition to succeed being stripped away in the light of every arm of power (government, employers, the judicial system) saying that men must lie down and take it from women. Having seen a naturally ambitious men feel like a failure, losing his drive, his ego, and his sense of manhood, in response to his spouse making more money and having a more successful career than him - it makes me wonder if that is simply a microcosm of what is happening to society as a whole.

He would lash out and fight against it (against her), but it was like a gentle slippery slope and in time he continued to go down, until, like every good Irishman he turned to alcohol, and railed against God for how his hands were tied. Had she done her duty and been a good mom instead of loving her career more than her family and him, it wouldn't have made him feel #1) pressured to fill in for his wife and nurture his children - and that's not a natural manly vocation, and #2) like she didn't need him as a provider, thus making him valueless to the person whose opinion mattered most.

This oppression of men reminds me of the early colonial flag with the snake that says "Don't tread on me"; eventually men will lash out against oppression and Elam's bomb analogy is perfectly appropriate. I pray men (and women) wake up and smell the coffee before it gets to that point.

I am skeptical when it comes to doom and gloom saying.

I agree that there are problems, and things can get ugly.

However, some points:

1. When things get ugly, not enough people see why they got ugly. That is, the "masses" just blindly object.

2. If things do get ugly in future days, it will be more so economically-based. I know that many people say the economy is bad because of misandry. They might be right, but I think there are other and stronger factors involved.

3. related to 1. People blame badness on whatever they want - heavy metal music, rap music, video games, potatoes, sponge-bob, or Buffy the Vampire Slayer.

Personally, I am an optimist. I have been meeting a lot of younger women these days - and there seems to be a trend these younger women are taking - away from feminism. That is, they are recognizing that feminism is poison for women, and are staying away from it.

I think things will just settle down in this arena (counter-feminism) - as for the economy and crooks like Goldman, Sachs, whatever - that will turn into a boiling point.
