There are actually several sites that are devoted to castration.
If my memory serves me correctly, and nobody has recently spiked anything I eat or drink with hallucinogenic drugs, one of them is devoted to passing a bill through congress that mandates men be castrated at age 40.
The reasoning being that "the penis serves no purpose after 40".
When I have time, I plan to post a complete list of these sites, and do investigations as to who runs them.

You cannot argue with these women - they are always right.
Reminds me of that social gathering I was at - where the woman got pissed and went off and took some prescription pills.
Notice how she stars out civil, then quickly turns to using the "F" word repeatedly, and getting hostile.
And of course, a slew of shaming language.
FB, I just had a look at that hate mongers site and could not find any sign of that hated article anywhere. I would say it has been deleted..
