New Video -- Misogyny is a Feminist Production - Part 2

In the second part of this series, the talk continues to peel away the layers of deceit surrounding the feminist buzzword "misogyny".

And man's best friend makes a cameo appearance! ;)

Morning, Fiedelbogen,

Enjoy this with your cup of coffee/tea:

http://www.psychologytoday.com/blog/evolutionary-entertainment/201205/giving-feminism-bad-name

From the article:
"When less than a quarter of your prime constituents (women) are willing to support your cause by identifying outright as feminists, your movement has a huge public relations problem. Delve deeper into the CBS poll and the scope of the PR nightmare becomes even more stark: 17% of women reported that calling a fellow woman a feminist was an INSULT! (While only 12% saw the label as a compliment.) The reluctance most women and men have to embrace the feminist label in the absence of a definitional nudge is due in no small part to gender feminists’ untenable position on sex differences."

He is still writing from an ostensibly pro-fembot point of view, but if you read between the lines, the walls of the dam are beginning to crack.

What amazes me is that in being an steadfast cheerleader for what he calls "equality feminism" (another fine piece of newspeak in the tradition of "social justice"), he totally dismisses:
1. The ways in which it is still focused on anything but equality, starting from the nature of the term itself.
2. The possibility that there are some so-called inequalities that exist that are there for a good reason, and trying to eliminate them would cause far more harm than good.

Nevertheless, I think this man's arguments represent the next intellectual plane of battle for the MRM. We've pushed the machine back far enough that they have begun to resort to the old
"But, we just want equality and fairness. Don't you at least support that?" trope.

Let's not have civilization fall prey to that lie again.

@Ollie:

Yup, I've noticed the very same fallback behavior you are talking about.

Gloria Allred, the bigot, sets the pace:

"If you're not a feminist, you're a bigot!"

What many of these people (such as the author of the PT article) don't appear to understand, is that radical feminism and liberal feminism are organically intertwined, and cannot survive independently of each other.

So if the liberal feminists distance themselves from the radicals, then they are effectively cutting their own throats.

Something else which the author doesn't understand, is that the most radical of the radical feminists actually DO believe in innate (evolutionary) sexual differences.

i'm no good at logic. if gloria All Red says if you aren't a feminist you're a bigot, and sheila DjaFreeze says if you're a true feminist, then you have to be a lesbian, then does that mean that any non-lesbian feminists are really just bigots? i am going to bring this up next time a certain person i know says (real chipper with her finger in the air) "did you know there's too much testosterone in the world?!" I bet she can clarify this for me.
