No offense, but what are you doing wasting your time posting at Jezebel? This is a complete waste of your time. Either your comment will be deleted or ignored, and either way you have not shut them up at all.

I understand what you're doing. You just wanted a screenshot to demonstrate how it was done. Your effort was not wasted,bro.
There isn't really anything particularly new in the comment you replied to,but it always amazes me how women,who spend a lot more time in the company of women than I do (by my own choice,can't stand that hen clucking) can go on pretending like being raped is such a horrible stigma and women don't want to tell anyone about it, blah,blah,blah.
Every woman I've ever met has some elaborate victimization story,sex of some kind usually plays a part in it. 9 times out of 10, it's total horseshit.
Anyway,I know you're wondering if maybe you should dumb this post down,or tinker with it in some way, in light of the fact that the only comment you've received so far was from someone who didn't seem to get it.
Don't. Those who are capable of seeing will see,those who aren't...need more than a primer.
Well, consider me one of those who may need more than a primer.
I like the short-and-sweet as well - the longer your reply, the more seriously you appear to be taking your opponent, the easier it is for him or her to escape your best point(s), and the lower your status is perceived to be in relation to your opponent (it is as if you are suggesting that you are the one who needs to prove the case) - but with respect to the particular point you made in that comment, Fidelbogen, I didn't get it. The prior commenter had made the (fairly obvious, IMO) point that not every woman who has been raped or beaten is going to come out and tell you so. You replied, correctly, that this means, if true, that we cannot be sure we know what the actual violence-against-women numbers are. But if she was right, then the truth is that the violence-against-women numbers would be higher than we are aware at this time because of the number of cases that go un-reported. No?
